Five Vegan Cosmetics Brands That Won't Break the Bank

Cosmetics are notoriously known for containing questionable ingredients, whether of animal origin, sourced thanks to child slavery or farmed and harvested at a great price for Earth sustainability.

5 Brands Take a Stand to Be Vegan (and Affordable)

Fat and the Moon

This vegan and cruelty free line of cosmetics and body products are 100% free of palm oil. Now, I know what you’re thinking, vegan… all natural…? I can’t even afford to shop at Whole Foods, am I now supposed to be buying these expensive beauty products? Well, cue the drum roll because their products cost between $10-$28! It also gets better, they can be purchased online! Going out to a store is so yesterday! Not only are these products affordable but are easily attainable.

Neom Organics

Maybe you’re a little more bougie and want something that costs a pretty penny. Neom’s candles are made from 100% natural vegetable wax mixed with pure essential oils, if that doesn’t scream, “treat yourself,” then the price definitely will. These candles can be found on Amazon for $48.00.

Earth Tu Face

Earth Tu Face. A organic- palm oil free- skin care line! Their packaging is also 100% compostable and is made in the USA. Now, hold onto your wallets this is another expensive brand. Their body care items range from $30 dollars all the way up too $62, but on Amazon you can purchase the moisturizing stick for $34.00 dollars. On the plus side, its travel friendly!

Atomic Makeup

Atomic Makeup is another vegan brand that is known for using vitamin E in their lipsticks, which is gluten-free! Their lipsticks come in a wide range of colors from matte to intense metallics. Their prices range from $10- $16 dollars, ahh feels good to be back in my tax bracket. Did I mention that they also offer other products? From eyeshadow to highlight to something they call ‘disco jelly’. Groovy.

Camp Skincare

Camp Skincare. This line of cruelty-free skin care products can be purchased on etsy! So it’s probably been handmade by fairies. This Canadian brand only makes small batches of their products because they only use the finest ingredients. Their pricing is anywhere from $26- $40 dollars for a bottle of facial oil. Since these products are made in small batches, it’s no wonder why they got a five star rating on etsy!
