Human rights regulations are increasing in number, forcing businesses to remain compliant or face consequences. In addition to compliance requirements, the growing prevalence of corporate ESG initiatives to eliminate forced labor, human trafficking, and modern slavery in supply chains is driving the need for a scalable solution for long-term corporate and regulatory compliance.
During the session, we review current human rights regulations and their requirements, as well as the risks posed by non-compliance.
Source Intelligence® experts provide their perspectives on global human rights regulations, the human rights due diligence process including risks of non-compliance, as well as an overview of the Source Intelligence® Human Rights Assessment Solution.
