Darren Topley

Managing Director, CMCA (UK)

Darren Topley is a highly experienced Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) practitioner having held a number of diverse and challenging engineering and logistic roles in both military and industry appointments. He has also delivered bespoke ILS and Obsolescence Management solutions to clients across the globe.

Darren served 18 years in various Royal Air Force operational and logistics roles, retiring in 2006. Post-retirement. He has undertaken several Through Life Management appointments and obsolescence management consulting roles supporting various aerospace and defense organizations. In 2013, Darren joined CMCA(UK) as an Obsolescence Strategy Advisor, where he provided Obsolescence Management advice and training to CMCA (UK) clients in a diverse range of industries and sectors, including Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical, Transport, Oil & Gas and Tobacco industries.

In January 2016, Darren was appointed as the Managing Director of CMCA (UK) -- although he remains actively engaged in all aspects of strategic and tactical Obsolescence Management both in the UK and overseas.

 

Mark Gutierrez

Director of Customer Success, Source Intelligence

Mark Gutierrez is the Director of Customer Success in the Source Intelligence® Florida office. He has been with Total Parts Plus, now part of Source Intelligence®, for 17 years in various client support roles ranging from customer service, account management, sales engineering, and project management. In his current role, he is responsible for strategic relationships and ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and platform needs.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, where he majored in Business Administration.

 

John Diedenhofen

VP of Strategic Partnerships, Source Intelligence

John Diedenhofen currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Source Intelligence®. In this role, he oversees all partnerships and alliances for the organization, for both commercial and technical relationships.

Prior to his time at Source Intelligence and QTEC Solutions, John held business development roles of increasing responsibility, most notably for Lockheed Martin engaging in the U.S. Navy's Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) next-generation ultra-high frequency (UHF) satellite communications (SATCOM) program.

John is a retired U.S. Marine and counts the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and Joint Service Commendation Medal among his awards and decorations. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas A&M University, a Master of Arts degree in business from Webster University, and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus in production and operations management from San Diego State University.

 

Dr. Jennifer Kraus

Chief Scientific Officer, Source Intelligence

Dr. Jennifer Kraus has over 30 years of experience providing environmental, health, and safety services to customers around the world. Prior to co-founding Source Intelligence®, Dr. Kraus was President of Global Environmental Consulting Company, Inc. (GECCo, Inc.). Dr. Kraus also served as an associate with Dames & Moore, environmental manager for General Dynamics Electronics Division.
